This is an advert for two available bedrooms in a 6 bedroom shared house on Highfield Road which is very close to the University Park and the QMC.

The bedrooms are available immediately until 28th July 2021.

The other housemates are third year students at UoN (3 x males, 1 x female)

The available bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair and lamp.

One of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room complete with shower, toilet and hand wash basin.

The rent is paid over 4 months and is £544 per month for the room with the ensuite and £500 per month for the standard double room. This includes all bills under a fair use policy:
