Hi there!

I’m currently renting a lovely 2 bed house in The Park, Nottingham. The area is quiet and really beautiful. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre.

My current tenancy with my housemate is about to end, so I’m about to renew my tenancy for 6 months. From December 1st- June 1st. My housemate is moving out so I’m looking for a housemate for those 6 months (I will probably renew my tenancy in June but am undecided yet).

I’m a 23 year old female artist, currently working as a customer advisor full time, and I’m easygoing and tidy. I also have a 1 year old indoor cat called Suki and a 2 year old golden retriever called Kiko.

The room rate is £425 a month plus bills. The house is furnished. The bedroom that will be free has a bed, a wardrobe and a desk.

House has:
• two double rooms (one of which is available)
• available parking space you can use if you want
• a small enclosed patio at the front
• one bathroom
• my pets (obviously)
• a converted garage which I use as an art studio
• washing machine
