Hi all, I'm a 3rd year PhD student (physics) at the Uni of Nottingham and currently live at this property with 2 other PhD students (aerospace). One of the other guys is finishing at the end of this year, but the two of us remaining have a year still to go. We would ideally like to keep the house because it's quite a nice place, so we're looking for a new housemate for next year. We did have something already sorted but it unfortunately fell through very last minute, so here I am advertising again.

The house is a nice converted bungalow in a quiet residential area and has:
- 4 double bedrooms (we keep one as a spare)
- 2 bathrooms
- spacious open plan living room/kitchen/dining area
- large drive (easily will fit a few cars)
- garage
- car port/outside storage area
- back garden with pond (we have to do the gardening)

The rent is £1400/month in total, exclusive of bills. Currently there are only 3 of us staying here so it's £467 each for the rent; including bills then takes things to around £600 per person per month. Ideally we'd like to live with other postgrads if possible but anyone is welcome to enquire.

A bit about me: I enjoy music and playing guitar/piano, playing games, most sports and outdoorsy things generally, reading, watching films/tv, and a bunch of other stuff I probably forget while I write this advert. I would like to think I'm reasonably chill and easy to get on with, and I would say the same of my housemate.
