I am an undergraduate student who is looking for another undergraduate student from the University of Nottingham to replace my tenancy for the upcoming academic year 2024/25.

This room is a standard room with renovated furniture (bed, closet, study table, desk lamp and ergonomic chair) sharing two showers and two WCs. The renovated kitchen is very spacious and can easily accommodate for the needs of 5 tenants. The kitchen and bathrooms along with the corridor are cleaned on a weekly basis. There is 24/7 security on the grounds and the maintenance team is exceptionally fast. There are bike storage spaces and paid parking if required.

Broadgate park is just outside University Boulevard and it is 2 mins from the West Entrance of University Park. This accom is next to Co-op and Sainsbury, Tesco Extra , Lidl are 15 mins away. It is a great place to be with a vibrant diverse community and it is close to Beeston city centre with scenic cafes and great restaurants. You will feel just like home!!

The rent is set at 144.90 pounds per week and it includes bills and broadband. The security deposit is 250 pounds.
