Hello,
We are looking for a replacement tenant to join our 7 bed flat! Currently there are 6 of us. We are 6 lads, going into second year of UON, so if you would like to join us that would be superb! Details of the flat are below.
Tenancy lasts the full year up till around the end of summer. The room will have a standard size double bed. All bills are included, WI-FI etc so no extra payments needed. Rent Per Week is £140 per week, which is a great price for the area! It is located in Lenton, which is walking distance to Jubilee Campus, a slightly longer walk to Uni Park Campus, but you can always use the free shuttle bus. Also located close to city centre!
