Tenancy takeover - student only!
I’m looking for someone to takeover my room from now to Sep 3,2025.

It’s a student accommodation called Graystacks in NG71GY. Rent was £180/week and you get £165/week from me, all bills included and no extra cost for anything.

The room is fully furnished and double bed, desk with lots of storage places. You have a sleek modern en-suite which comes with a WC, shower, sink and accessories.
A super big kitchen and communal space including TV, sofa, tables and desks, 4 fridges, 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 microwaves and a dishwasher are shared with other people ( it’s for 12 but only 8 including me now). Every stack comes with a washing machine and dryer and free to use. Bike storage is provided and roof terrace is also free.

My room is canal view and in the second floor, has fantastic view with the marina and boats passes by daily and sunlight as the picture shows.
