The house is in a central location, only 5 mins walk to the high street, nearest tram stop & train station.

Rent includes all bills. Post-grad students accepted, will need to have student ID and council tax exemption / student letter from University. Willing to consider non-students but there will be £40 added to rent to cover Council tax (Band A) so £490 per month total.

The house is well looked after, clean and tidy. Kitchen has a tumble dryer along with all the usual stuff. Fast broadband as well.

The room is furnished with double bed, desk, chair, set of drawers and wardrobe.

The communal areas (kitchen, bathroom & living room) are cleaned regularly.

Prospective renters should be willing to provide a reference, e. g. previous landlord. A telephone number and contact name will be sufficient.

Lastly I'm a live in landlord and I have a cat (Mr Whiskers) he's clean and tidy but please don't apply if that will be an issue.
