Stable employed (as in full time/5 days, or equivalent) or student with funding/grants only. My preference is for full time on employment site or hybrid working arrangements (it's good to split work/private space).

Ideally I'm looking for people with similar interests to me as it makes for a more unified household.

Close to city centre, tramline close but not too close! Climbing Centre and excellent local pub nearby. Great new startup takeaway literally around the corner.

I'm a part time live in landlord and I am therefore not there all of the time, so I need to incentivise/ration/control use for the fairness of all.
