Hey, we are looking for a new housemate to move into our 4-bed house in Lenton - a short walk/cycle ride from Nottingham University, Trent University, Nottingham Train Station and the City Centre.

Each room has a double bed, basic storage, and a desk. Since we all share the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom, cleanliness, good communication, and general tidiness are important.

This is a home rather than just a room in a house.

It would suit another graduate student / or professional. Or, possibly a mature & independent undergrad.

Subject to tenancy and reference checks.

The rent includes bills except for shared, pay-as-you-go electricity & gas (approx £30-60 each month).
