I'm a quiet, chill DPhil student looking for a new housemate to share a spacious house in Old Marston. It's a lovely area, very convenient for local shops and buses. Easy commute to the Science Park, city centre, and within walking distance of Summertown and the JR hospital.
The room available is a small double, but with a built-in wardrobe and storage space. The house and room are fully furnished - except for your bed frame! You're more than welcome to bring one if you have one. We'd be sharing a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living room, small dining area, big bathroom, separate WC and small garden area. There's also a third bedroom which is too small for another housemate, but would work great as an office or for a guest to stay in. Finally, there's a garage attached which gives a perfect place to secure a bike, as well as space for any tools, sports equipment, etc.
Ideally you'd be a clean and tidy non-smoker who knows how to do their share of the vacuuming! I don't much mind if you're outgoing to prefer to keep to yourself, and if the former is the case guests wouldn't faze me in the slightest. I'm an inclusive kinda person - whatever your gender, ethnicity, orientation, etc, you'd be welcome. 20s-30s preferred but not required.
Bills come to around £60/month, including high-speed internet with WiFi through the house. The landlord has been excellent in the couple of years I've been in the house, which makes a big difference! If you have any questions just drop me a message, and I'd be happy to meet for a chat over coffee if you would like.
