The apartment is comfortable and clean, having been recently renovated by the agency. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining area, and a kitchen. It includes a washing machine /dryer, as well as a dishwasher. The living area contains high quality furniture, including a sofa, couch, coffee table, and dining room table with four chairs. The apartment is on the ground floor, overlooking the inner courtyard of a closed complex, with large windows allowing light into the apartment. The location is super convenient, being 5 minutes away from both Oxford Train Station and Gloucester Green bus station, as well as Westgate Shopping Mall (the High Street is only a couple of minutes further from Westgate). The surrounding area is very pleasant and upmarket. The tenant would be sharing with a friendly and easy-going female flatmate, who works in Oxford.
Visits to the apartment can be made after 6pm on weekdays, or on the weekend.
