£623pcm

Double room available in large period terraced house on Juxon Street in Jericho. The room has a double bed with lots of built in storage space, a desk, and a chest of drawers. You'd be sharing with two Physics DPhil students, in a three bedroom house, with bathroom and cloakroom. Massive bathroom with shower and bath. Pretty, quite big garden, and places to secure bikes at front and back of house. Kitchen has washing machine/tumble dryer and a dishwasher. Large living room with dining table and sofas.

The landlord is Lucy Properties, so there are no agency fees and they look after their tenants well.

Looking for someone to move in some time between 1st February and 1st March, and tenancy runs until August, with possibility of renewal beyond that. I'm only leaving as I'm moving in with my partner. Rent £623, + bills (~£45)
