I have a large, part-furnished double room in my house near Marston Road. Near the JR, Brookes, and 10 minutes by bus or cycle to Oxford city centre. There is shared parking with other residents. The house is new and modern, warm and clean. I recently moved in and am looking for someone professional and tidy but also someone I can get along with. You will have unlimited use of the shared areas, I have a BT WiFi and TV package and a good media setup. There is a bus stop into town, a nature reserve and some shops nearby, it's a very quiet area but easy to get to East Oxford or the centre. The room currently has a double bed with storage and a wardrobe, but there is space in the room for an armchair or sofa and a desk - if you would like more furniture we can discuss it. It's my first time letting a property, I hope to be an approachable, responsible and sociable landlord!
