Large and spacious double room in a shared house on Western road.

I have lived in this house for several years and had a great time, but I am now sadly leaving Oxford and therefore looking for someone to replace me. Western road is a lovely street in a very convenient location- being a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town. The river is a stone’s throw away.

A real bonus of the house is that it is a very friendly and sociable place, and as such would be best filled by a new housemate looking for that sort of environment. We cook/eat together most nights of the week and have plenty of BBQ’s in the summer when the sun comes back! Current housemates are a mixture of postgraduate students, postdocs and young professionals, and are all very friendly and relaxed.

Rent is £450 and bills usually come to £30 a month (minus council tax, which is dependent on student status).
