The flat is in a gated community and comes with parking.

I am moving out and I am looking for a replacement. You will be sharing with a friendly, neat professional.

The current tenancy runs till 12th of June but if you like the place you can renew the contract with the landlord once it expires. I am looking ideally for someone to move asap.

The flat is a 1-2 minute walk from railway station. There is also a lovely courtyard where you can have picnics and enjoy the sun in the summer!

BT broadband with excellent line; never had an issue and I take work calls in the evening sometimes.

Council Tax is Band E and comes at approximately £120/month per person.
Bills (internet, electricity, water) come to about £80/90 per month per person.
