Hi,

I'm a 28 year old young professional looking for someone to sublet my spare room. The room is located about two minutes away from the train station, and less than five minutes to get into town.

More about the room: 1st floor flat which is spacious, light, and airy. There are two bathrooms in the flat, so no queues for the shower. The room has a double bed and a wardrobe (see photos). There are also communal cupboards for storage. The flat is also part of a block which has a communal garden which is nice in summer. The room is available from 23/09/19 and the contract expires 13/09/20.

More about me: From October I'll be working in Oxford city centre, working long hours most days. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, and doing sport (cycling, swimming, etc.). I've previously been an academic at the Mathematical Institute here in Oxford.

More about potential new flatmate: I'm looking for a mature professional who is fairly quiet, tidy, and sociable.
