The double room is very cozy and big, very sunny (window facing east) and quietly located towards our big garden. The room is furnished with a big wardrobe, double bed, bedside drawer, desk, lamp, and chair. You would share the house with two other housemates.

The house has a spacious living room downstairs and a kitchen and a big garden at the back where bikes can be parked. There is also a shed in the garden for storage and a garage outside.

The house is ideally located, with just a 10-15 minute cycle into the center of town through university parks.

There’s a Co-op supermarket nearby, along with a pizza takeaway and chip shop. The Up in Arms pub is about a 10 min walk from the house. Also, the university parks and river are just over the way, so there are nice running/walking paths.
