The house is in a great location being a 5 minute walk to the train station and to the business school, a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, and a short canal walk to some excellent country pubs!

The room comes fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, shelves, bedside table, mirror, lamp and television with Sky TV. The room looks out on to the garden and is therefore quiet, apart from the odd train of the wind is blowing in our direction. There is broadband with good signal across the house, Sky TV and central heating.

You will have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom with bath and shower as we have an en suite which we use. You will also have access to the dining room with cosy gas fire, and kitchen with double oven, large fridge, large freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The kitchen has bi-folding doors into the garden which is perfect in the summer.

You would be living with me, a 37 year old finance professional with a passion for baking, good food, good wine, and fitness to balance it out! I work in London 3 days a week and remotely from home the rest of the week. You will also be living with my partner, a 41 year old academic professional who works at Brookes, 2 days at the university and 3 days from home.
We have two miniature long haired dachshunds, so we’re looking for someone who loves dogs and is happy to share their home with them.

Bills are included, and the property is in council tax band D. Unfortunately student discount on council tax will not be available.
