As I am leaving Oxford slightly earlier than planned, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract.

I am offering a lovely 1 bed flat ideal for both single occupant and couples. The current contract expires on 31st of July 2020 and is renewable for 1 year. I am planning to leave Oxford sometime in the month of April -ideally on the 3rd-, but I am flexible with the tenancy starting date as far as we can plan it in advance. As the flat is rented through a letting agency you will need to pass a credit check. The incoming tenant will pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent. This holding deposit will go towards the first months’ rent when the tenancy starts. Otherwise, you can pay the whole rent in advance! There is already broadband, electricity, water and gas arrangement (I pay in total around £60 per month), plus home insurance for an extra £12 per month!

The flat was recently refurbished, it’s in ideal location in Oxford (well connected to every Oxford’s district, London city centre and London airports) with many bus stops within few meters. Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Boots and Superdrug stores within 2 minutes walking distance, plus multiple restaurants and bars as well.

Although the flat comes furnished, some of the furnitures you can see in the pictures are from myself, and can be eventually sold!
