My current room is going to become available at the end of this year for a bargain of £597 incl. all bills and broadband (move-in date can be set to the beginning of December, but no later than 1st January '21 depending on your circumstances).

The room is fully furnished with a small double bed + night table, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe and two cupboards.

You would be sharing the house with 2 housemates and three cute cats. The house comes with a shared living/dining room + a fully equipped kitchen + spacious bathroom as well as a neat backyard garden.

The house is located in Jericho off Cranham Street and close to Walton Street. The city centre (University & High Street), as well as the train station, are a 10min walk away.

Note: I bought the bed quite recently for ~£500 and I would appreciate a part payment of £250. It's a high-quality mattress + frame for a good night of sleep.
