Hi!

We are looking for two replacement tenants to take over our contracts which lasts until September 2021. The rooms are very lovley and the house is located perfect being very close to city centre.

If you want to move in later than Feb 10 that is possible and understandable with the date being very close.

It saddens us to have to do this but we're not from the UK and it doesn't look like the chance of us going back for the semester is that high.
