I am looking for a new flatmate for a spacious two-bedroom flat in Cowley, available from the 17th of March.

The spare room is double, with en-suite bathroom. It is fully furnished, including a double bed, large desk with a chair, and a massive built-in wardrobe. There is a large shared living room and kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker, large fridge-freezer, and a lot of storage space. The flat also has all the other essentials, like a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. The property comes with access to communal bike storage and a parking space (which I do not use). The bills include electricity, water, and Internet, and average around £75 per person per month.

I am a halfway through a PhD in biochemistry and I strongly prefer to share the flat with another student. Someone who is clean, tidy, tolerant, and understanding. I am open to sharing with professionals as well, but then you will be responsible for paying the Council Tax, as I am exempt. Strictly no smokers.

The contract is for 12 months. The landlord requires references, credit check, and a month's rent in advance as a deposit.
