Hello Brookes students. I'm looking for any brookes student to transfer a contract to. The property is available from June till August. There are choice of 2 rooms on the ground floor. Each room comes with a chest of drawers, wardrobe , desk and single bed. They are actually big sized rooms as well. The house is shared with 2 other University paramedic students that are quiet and nice. Kitchen and toilet are shared. There is an extra storage room as well as a backyard garden. The property is in a very quiet area (local Marston) 2 mins away from Coop and few shops around. Brookes University is about 15 mins walk. Bus station is directly in front of the house!
Instalment for the 3 months is £1692 Monthly gas and electricity bill is around £50 depending on usage. Landlord pays for the water bill and tv Licence.
