Hello! Room available from end of August in our detached house off Iffley Road (<2 min walk from the Uni Sports Centre), rent between 500/600 p/m subject to agreement/other tenants etc (happy to chat about this) inc bills and wifi. Currently shared by three grad students/young professionals, looking for a fourth. We like board games, making bread, sports, and growing veg. Laidback and friendly, and love a movie night!

The requirements for the guarantor is to have a british bank account with a high income/savings. Of course with this we welcome any questions.
