Flat condition: Located on the second floor, our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat has a spare room for short let during the summer. The room is spacious and has its own bathroom. There is a shared living room and a separate kitchen.

Transport and location: 5 minutes walk to the train station, next to student castle.

Current flatmate: me, 29 yo professional working at the university.

Rent: £300 per week for short term stay. £1000 per month for long term stay minimum 3 months. All bills included.
