Hi! Me and my current housemate are looking for 3 tenants for next year (tenancy starting at the beginning of August 2025). The house is on Southfield Road, near the bottom end towards Cowley Road, amazing location good access to town but also to old road campus or Brooke’s. Postgrad or working professionals only (if you are working you would be responsible for the council tax). We are two PhD students at Oxford Uni, looking for somebody tidy, friendly, and would enjoy to socialise with our other housemates but also respect each others down time. We like to cook, travel, play sport, and going out for food and drinks.

It is a nice 5 bed house, two bathrooms and a big, bright open plan kitchen and living room. Two of the rooms are between £770-£785 per month and the largest room is £870, excluding bills (around £50 a month). One parking permit is also available.
