Hey! My name is Dolores and as I'm sadly having to leave my room in a beautiful house in Jericho, I'm looking for someone interested in moving in and taking over my part of the contract. The room is available from 1st March. Initially the contract will be for 6 months, but it is possible to extend it for another year.

You will be sharing the house with 2 other people: Lu (she/her) is a University lecturer who loves books, video games, world cinema, and hamsters, and Annabel (she/her) is a History researcher who loves reading, films, cooking and baking, wild swimming, embroidery, and pole dancing. They are both lovely and very clean, tidy and respectful of people's space.

They want to keep this house as a queer friendly safe space and would like someone who is vegan/vegetarian, as no meat in the house is a deal-breaker.

The house has a large garden with patio, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, bathroom with shower and bath, plus an extra downstairs toilet.

We are advertising a downstairs bedroom which faces the garden.

* The cost of bills and WiFi are not included in the rent price. We are in Council Tax Band D (currently £67 per month)*
