We have a one bedroomed flat at the side of our house ("Granny flat") with own entrance and which is self contained upstairs - bedroom, shower room, sitting room (not shared) with balcony and downstairs is the kitchen and this is not self contained as it is the route through to an office and some storage space we use.
It is bright and airy with lovely views and roughly a 10 minute walk to the Summertown shops.
You would be living independently from us.
