Large ground-floor room in lovely house on Osney Island, available from 18 September 2022.

You'll be sharing with three friendly professionals. We're looking for a sociable, tidy housemate, ideally late 20s–40s.

The house is situated on a peaceful street next to the river (but with no history of flooding!). The neighbours are lovely and Osney Island has a real community feel. Two great pubs – The Punter and The Holly Bush – are close by, as are two local parks, convenient bus links, and the train station and city centre are a short walk away.

The room offers plenty of storage and a nice view of the river. The house has a large kitchen (including dishwasher and washer-dryer), bath and shower, a decent-sized garden, and a cosy living room.

Parking for one car is available – a permit may be purchased from the council – and one-day permits for guests can also be acquired.

Rent is £650/month, excluding bills. Bills come to c.£125–150 a month, and include electricity, gas, water, council tax (Band E), and internet. Prior to moving in, a deposit would be paid to the letting agency.
