Hi everyone,
I've got a double bedroom to rent out in a spacious 1st floor 3bed flat on Edinburgh road. I'm ideally looking for someone to move now but move in date is flexible up until beginning of January. Regular transport nearby and flat is in a fairly quiet area. You will be sharing the flat with me - full time employed female from Bulgaria. I'm very outgoing, chilled out and I'm looking to share the flat with someone like-minded (female preferred) who is also tidy and respectful. I usually finish work late at night and stay up till later on. I like a good movie night so a future flatmate is more than welcome to join. I am not just looking for someone to pay rent but for one to feel comfortable living with and spending my spare time with when possible. I do smoke occasionally but don't tend to do it at home.
The flat is fully furnished and comprises of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room/study. Rent is £275pcm/pp and bills come up to £40-45/pp (that includes broadband, gas and electricity). Deposit £325. Council tax band B. (due to current circumstances I don't pay council tax until summer 2019).
