Hello we are four friendly housemates looking for someone to join us in our home. As a household we require someone that is friendly, clean, and relatively easy going.

The house is located in St. Thomas in Exeter, just a 15 minute walk from the quay and roughly a 20 minute walk into town. Garden space and garage available for everyone to use. We have one designated parking space (2 currently sharing this already) and there is also parking available on the road.
