I live in a three bedroom new build property by myself and have a spare double room available to rent. The room is modern, part furnished with a double bed, shelving and built in wardrobe. The third bedroom is a study which is available to use as a work from home space.

There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a bath and a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need and the living room is spacious opening out onto a good sized garden. There is a drive at the front of the property for two cars as well as on street parking outside.

I am a teacher so am out during the week all day and would be looking for a young professional or post grad student to share with. All bills are included in the price and have Netflix, Amazon prime and Disney +.
