I have a fairly decent sized back garden that is north west facing - good morning and all day sun! Trying my dab hand at growing vegetables and not killing plants.
I work full time - not from home. Would prefer someone who is not working from home all the time.
The house: communal living and dining. You will have your own bathroom (pictured) next to the bedroom as I have an en-suite in mine. There is also a downstairs toilet/bike storage as well as other storage in the house.
I do have a pet cat (Toby), so you would have to be okay with that please.
Open to short and long term lets.

I am 33 and work full time. I am always busy! Either working or the gym generally. Will spend the odd evening in on the sofa.

The area: Countess Wear is a great location!
In one direction we have Topsham (15 mins walk) and Darts Farm and a short drive over to Exmouth or Budleigh for your beach fix.
The other we have Exeter Quay a 5km walk (Double locks 2km).
Close to the airport, motorway etc…
On a direct bus route to town, which is a 10 min drive.
