We have 2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom shared house.
The house is in the King's Heath/Digby area of Exeter, near the main Tesco. Ideally located for the RD&E, St Luke's campus, numerous business parks, etc
It has 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom shared by 3 people, en-suite shower room exclusively for one bedroom, cloakroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, garage and plenty of parking.
The train, bus and road links from this area are excellent and it is an easy cycle ride to Sowton, Marsh Barton or the city centre. There are trains every 30 minutes into the city centre (and beyond). The journey takes about 10 minutes. There are frequent buses to the hospital, the city centre and the university. It is an ideal location for motorway access, the Met Office or Science Park, etc.
Two rooms are available for graduate professionals aged 22 to 29.
The other rooms are occupied by professionals aged about 24 to 27. It's a friendly, sociable household.
We have no preference for male or female applicants - just someone friendly who wants to be part of a house share (not just hide in their room) and willing to do their share of the cleaning. Preferably working conventional hours.
The rent includes council tax (band D) , gas, electric, water, broadband and TV licence. It has just had Ethernet ports installed in each room so is ideal for anyone who sometimes works from home
The available rooms are both doubles (for single occupancy) at the front of the house. The one on the first floor is slightly bigger than the one on the second floor but both have plenty of storage. Plenty of space for a desk if you want to work from home.
One room is available now and the other room is available from 8th August.
Private accredited landlord.
We can do viewings most afternoons or evenings.
