Single room available in Heavitree.
The house has a good sized kitchen and living/dining room and garden. It has three bedrooms and one shared bathroom. There is also a shed with ample space to store a bike. It is a very convenient area; about a 20 minute walk from town and there is a bus stop just minutes down the road where you can catch the bus to the University, into town, Alphington or even out to Exmouth. The RD&E hospital is only a 5-10 minute walk from the front door, and it is also very easy to get the MET Office, Science Park and Pynes Hill. St Lukes campus is an easy walk and the Streatham campus is walkable (but a bicycle or the bus is easier).
The long term housemate has been there about 5 years and wants to share with people who enjoy a good night in watching a film, playing a game or just sat around having a laugh. Maybe occasionally going out for dinner or sharing a takeaway. He is a Drama graduate from the University of Exeter and now works in a school. The other housemate works in the video editing industry. The neighbours are friendly and approachable.
We don’t really have a preference for male or female, just someone aged between about 24 and 29 who is easy to live with. Probably a graduate professional or post grad student.
Ideally someone who is looking to be there for a lot longer than 6 months.
References are required and a deposit of £350.
The room is furnished.
It is a single room for single occupancy.
