I am an exchange student who will stay in Exeter for the autumn semester, then I am looking for someone to make a replacement in January and be liable of the rest of the payments.

The residence looks really cool, it has your own bathroom (= en-suite) which is amazing to avoid cleaning problems. A double bed and a great desk with good light.
The kitchen is shared with 2-3 people, the living room as well.

There are common areas outside the rooms, an study area and a living room with a billiard and it has also a garden to make bbq.

Close to Streatham campus (20 minutes walking) and the city centre (5 minutes walking) although there are buses and the stops are really close to the residence (like 1/2 min walking)

The residence has 24h security and cameras, gym on-site…
