The room is a double bedroom with a wardrobe, bedside table and double or single bed. Can come furnished or part furnished. It’s up to you.

You’ll also have use of the utility room where you can hang your washing, tumble dryer etc.

About me -

I’m a Software Analyst and work from home with my 18 month old spaniel for company. Ethel is exceptionally friendly and loves nothing more than getting some fussing.

This is a very relaxed household as I’m not much of a drinker. My girlfriend comes to stay a few nights a week, cooking food and seeing what’s new on Netflix.

In the week after work I’m either with my girlfriend, out with the dog, running or visiting family. To be honest I do pretty much the same at the weekend.

Boring but important bits -

Looking for a lodger that wants to share the space, be social but also respect each others space. Happy to hang out or chill in our own space, but think there needs to be a balance. I don’t want to live with a ghost.

Also looking for someone that understands that they need to contribute with the household chores. Bins hoovering etc.
