Large room available in our home, ideal for a mature student. It is a sunny room with a king size bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Exmouth is 12 miles from Exeter, an easy journey on public transport. Our house is 1 minute walk from the train station or the 57 bus drops you outside the doors to St Luke's. We're located within a 10 minute walk of the beach and the town centre is just around the corner.

We're looking for someone who is chilled out and clean and tidy. We're quite sociable and enjoy a trip to the pub. You will also need to like cats as we have two extremely sociable Burmese ones who will be desperate to be friends with you.

All bills will be included in the rent. The room will have everything you need, including bedding if needed.

The kitchen, bathroom and living areas, including a small courtyard, will be shared. Couples may be considered at the rent of £120 p/w. We're ideally looking for someone for a 3/4 month let.
