Available immediately. I currently have a large double room available in a quiet professional/mature student house. It is a shared house with only mature professional people (currently a Marine Scientist, CNC Machine Operator, Operations Manager and Special Needs Teaching Assistant) in a leafy street in the St Judes area, 10 mins walk from Plymouth City Centre. There is plenty of on street parking available directly outside with a permit costing £30 per year.

The house is a large 2 storey terraced house which has been renovated to a very high spec and equipped with solid wood furniture and other top quality furnishings to compliment the house.

There is a large lounge complete leather sofas and large flat screen cable TV. The Kitchen is spacious and equipped with modern 5 hob gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large American style fridge/freezer plus an additional fridge/freezer and a decent sized patio area at the back of the house. There are two good sized bathrooms shared between 5 in total.

All bills included (electric, gas, cable TV, phone, Internet, council tax, water rates, TV license, cleaner etc.).

Room 5: A large double room with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk & chair. It is on the ground floor at the rear of the property and is quiet.

I am looking for professional persons or quiet and considerate students who would like to live in a nice environment with great people. The housemates get on very well. They must be very considerate to the other tenants and the house.

The rent for room 5 is £300 ppm inc bills. This is a discount of £75 pcm. No Deposit just pay 2 month’s rent at the start to cover the first and last months rent and the preferred minimum contract length is 2 months, although shorter lets may be considered. Room 5 is available from 24th August 2020 for 2-3 months. No couples, children or pets.
