Cosy double room in spacious maisonette 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk into the town centre/uni campus.

High ceiling and a large window make this room feel spacious despite being a little on the small side for a double. Comes with a whiteboard and corkboard on the walls, double bed and mattress, double wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table.

Only other person in the house currently is a science student at University of Plymouth and is quiet.
Shared spaces consist of; large upstairs shower room with plenty of storage space, large landing/hallway, kitchen/living room, downstairs toilet, laundry area and patio/balcony outside with table and chairs.
All bills (inc. broadband & TV license) included in rent and £0 deposit,

I am unable to stay here as I am no longer a student but this is a fantastic house in a great location and I'm sad to have to go.
