We are renting a double room from mid june 2021 until the end of september.
The room is luminous and spacious (you can't really appreciate it on the pics), with a king sized bed with memory foam mattress, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with its chair (the decoration has been changed and enhanced, not the same curtains as on the pic), two huge windows. And most importantly, HAS A SEA VIEW !

The flat is ideally located at 15min to the university and city center.

There is no agency fees and the rent is £450 with all bills included. All other housemates are PhD students. Therefore we are preferably looking for a post-graduate or mature student. We both are PhD researchers in marine and social sciences, love cooking, plants and walks. The area and the house is quiet.

The room is part of a bright and spacious 3 bedroom flat looking over Freedom Fields park. The flat has a big lounge, a large kitchen with a space up to 5/6 people, 1 bathroom (shower and bath) and 2 toilets, a very long balcony and a sea view!. There is also a dish washer, a washing machine and a large fridge/freezer that, as a bonus, also dispenses ice-cubes.

We are looking for someone similarly-minded and respectful.
