With only a 10 minute walk to Mutley and Lots of shops nearby in Compton it is a peaceful place to live with a warm homely feel.
There's a modern bathroom including a shower and a bath and separate toilet, The decor throughout the whole house is fairly recent and modern too.

The current house mates are 3 nice professional males aged between 30 & 50
These are good sound people who enjoy a busy but peaceful way of life, This is not a party house or a place for friends to hang around in - its a quiet private home.

It is a very large double room downstairs on the ground floor all on its own, again South facing and bright with plenty of space to relax or work or study, there is a tv point and plenty of power sockets,
This room has a nice airy feel with nice furniture & carpet.

Room 1 : (Available)
It is a very bright good sized single room , there is a tv point plenty power points and a sunny south facing view. It would suit a relaxed student or a professional person.

A spacious double room with a good modern double bed and enough space to relax , the Room is again south facing with nice views so it's never a dull room, there is a tv point for those chilled days in.

The house is a five minute walk to Mannamead which runs into Mutley so you would be very near town but in a nice area.
