Comment from the female tenant moving out:

'I've lived in this house for four years and will miss it when I leave! It's a lovely cosy house, close to the city centre but in a quiet area. There's a Co-op 30 seconds walk away, and plenty more shops within a 10 minute walk.

Jon has been fantastic throughout the whole tenancy - friendly, understanding, really easy to communicate with, and anything that needs sorting out he has always addressed quickly. I've lived in plenty of rental homes before and Jon is by far the nicest landlord I've had.

The other girls that live in the house currently are all so lovely and easy to live with, which gives the house a lovely atmosphere. We've all become good friends, and often hang out together to watch films, cook, do arts and crafts, or go to the cinema.'

Comment from previous male tenant:
'I was a tenant of this property for three years and I can highly recommend. Any issues with regards to the maintenance of the property are promptly answered and acted upon. The atmosphere is both sociable and professional. The spacious lounge, patio and bedrooms afford tenants the ability to decompress and relax after a stressful day. The cleanliness of the property is maintained via a cleaner and conscientious housemates.'

Comment from previous male tenant:
'I lived in the house for a couple of years and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The house has a professional vibe whilst simultaneously being close enough to town to have fun. The house is clean, spacious with a nice outdoor space and comes very reasonably priced. Jon as a Landlord has been exceptional. Jon is very understanding of people's individual circumstances which adds a personal touch to the world of rented accommodation. I would high recommend.'

Comment from previous female tenant:
'I lived in the house for a couple of years and loved the property! Jon is very helpful when it comes to any questions or things that need doing. Although he doesn’t love in Plymouth, he sorts it straight away. Just before Xmas last year our tv packed up and Jon let us choose and paid for a new one for us :) the house is comfortable and cosy and ideal for someone who likes to socialise but needs their own space once in a while.'

Comment from previous female tenant:
'I lived in the house for two years, it's in a really good location walking distance to city centre, pubs and shops. Jon is a fantastic landlord, he is very quick to respond to queries and happy to solve problems if there are any. Jon also tries to ensure everyone in the house gets on so you can meet existing housemates before you move in. The house has all the facilities you need, loads of storage in the bedrooms and wifi throughout the house.'

Interests of the current tenants include: Cooking, baking, climbing, hiking, camping, reading, literature, gym, walking, yoga, music, movies/cinema, swimming (indoor and in the sea), tennis, crafting, theatre, board games, d&d, socialising and many more.

The available room is the master bedroom: a light, spacious, and attractive double room with ample storage space. Located upstairs at the front of the house, it offers a comfortable living area. Additionally, the house includes a large loft that can be used for extra storage, helping to keep the bedroom organised and clutter-free.

The house is in a great location, in Lipson, approx. 15mins walk from town and the university. It is on a quiet street, on the edge of St Judes, so just outside the main student area. There are several handy shops at the bottom of the street (co-op, dry-cleaners, and a take-away), and three parks just a few minutes walk away. There are always plenty of spaces to park outside the house. The house is light and spacious, with a contemporary design, and good quality furniture and appliances throughout. Downstairs there is: a large living room, a double bedroom, a large kitchen with separate utility room (with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, large fridge freezer, freezer, microwave, and the usual appliances) and a toilet and washbasin. Upstairs there are: three double bedrooms, a single bedroom/study and a bathroom. There is a nice south facing courtyard, that gets the sun most of the day, with enough space to store bicycles. The house has a fast broadband and a special booster to ensure a good connection in every room. There is a cleaner for the communal areas. All bills are included (broadband, TV, cleaner, utilities etc).
