This is a self contained bedsit in a quiet house with mature quiet housemates who are friendly but not around much due to work so would suit someone happy to be completely independent. Not suitable for anything noisy such as entertaining or parties.

Very peaceful corner of Plymouth but just round the corner from high street shops, late opening supermarket, pubs, launderette, charity shops, hairdressers, optician, chemist, an excellent bakery, cafe, an award winning Indian restaurant/takeaway, Chinese, fish and chip shop and numerous food and other shops.
