Hello i am a paramedic in the ambulance service currently renting a 3 bed house. my current flatmate is due to leave 25th feb but you can start bringing things in before. i require a considerate housemate for when im working night shifts and sleeping during the day. i love the outdoors and especially watersports.

The house is a 3 bed with 1 male and 1 female housemate one dog currentky. current rent £450 each plus approx £250 for bills water, gas/electric, wifi, council task. due to changing rates this sometimes goes up or down.

The room is a nice size double room and i currently have a kingsize bed as well as other bedroom furniture. the room will be unfurnished.

3 bathrooms all with toilets 1 with shower, one with bath and shower and toilet downstairs.

Theres a nice size living room currently with a large corner sofa and tv. A great place to socialise over drinks, meals together or a few games. cloakroom room under stairs.

nice size south facing garden with half patio and grass. a lovely place to relax in the summer and stays sunny till about 9pm. i love to chill out with my fire pit.

a good size kitchen with all appliances included with the house including a dishwasher. plenty of storage space.

1 x drive for one car with plenty of unpermited onstreet parking. garge with some storage space left for camping equitment, tools etc.

my current housemate has 2 dogs which will be leaving with her. Therfore potential for well behaved pets. Any other questions feel free to message. im happy to meet for a coffee first to see if we will get along.
