Hello

I am currently looking for a flatmate (females preferred) for my flat in Old Portsmouth. The rent is £480 per calendar month (excluding bills).

The flat includes two double rooms, a shared kitchen, a lounge and a shared bathroom. Please see photos attached to this ad.

The flat itself is positioned on a quiet residential part of the High Street in the highly desirable, historic Old Portsmouth. There are many amenities located close to the flat including (minutes on foot):
1. Ravelin Sports Centre (2 mins).
2. University Library (3 mins).
3. Gunwharf Quays (5 mins).
4. Portsmouth Harbour Train Station (10 mins) - with regular trains to London.
5. The Hard Bus Station (10 mins) - includes the National Express Service.
6. Southsea Common (10 mins).
7. Hotwells Beach (10 mins).

I enjoy running and learning languages (I speak English and French). I will be studying a postgraduate professional course so either a student or a professional would be ideal. I would like someone who is open to other languages and cultures too. I am a quiet person so I would prefer someone who is quiet and respectful too.
