I am looking for someone to take my room in the house as I am moving out. The house is a new build that has 7 bedrooms and is very modern with 6 other university students living there currently. There is an outhouse containing a gym and each room in the house has a 40 inch TV with an en suite. The living room contains a 60 inch TV with speakers in the ceilings. The ideal person for this room would any University of Portsmouth student that needs a room close to everything a student needs.
