Hello, I'm looking for a female student to take over my tenancy agreement in a 3-bedroom shared house immediately. It’s located in Southsea, Portsmouth, which is just 5 mins away from the beach and a 15-20 mins walk from the majority of the university buildings, ravelin sports centre, and the library. There is one shared bathroom.
