I am looking for three girls to fill our spacious 4 bedroom house 🏡 for this July when my friends move away. It is fully furnished, with a modern kitchen🥞, cozy living room 🛋️and a wonderful big garden 🌸, perfect for outdoor gatherings. The double bedrooms are provided with all of the essential necessities as well. Move in date: 01/07/25. Earlier date could be considered as well! Please note that the council tax is not included in the bills for professionals. It is band B and it will need to be paid separately by tenants that are not students.

The house is located in the heart or Southsea, with big superstores like Asda and Lidl, being only 15 min away. And of course Albert Road is just 5 minutes down the road, where you can catch the uni bus if needed.🚏🚌. And if you're like me and prefer the train, Fratton train station is less than 15 minutes walk away! Please, remember you MUST have a guarantor if you're a student.

More about me: I'm currently working as a support worker but will be starting a masters course in Health Psychology in Portsmouth in September 😄. I am also very chatty and outgoing but also prefer to spend time on my own.
