Communal area's are cleaned weekly.

The downstairs lounge is free for having friends round. The house is quiet after 10pm as people work shifts

We let to singles only and have a policy of no overnight /boyfriends/girlfriends /guests for privacy and security - so you know who's in the house.

There is a garden and a bike shed with back access.
